The User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between SIA Unitehs (hereinafter referred to as HomeAudio.lv or the Administration) on the one hand and the site user on the other. This Policy is projected to all personal information and sensitive personal data or information that is given by or obtained from any person who visits or uses or accesses the website ("User"). We reserve the right to modify or review the details of this Policy without prior notice and the revised Policy will be in effect from the day of uploading. Therefore, Users are requested to periodically visit the website and review the policy.

• 1. General rules and processing of personal data

  1.1 The User Agreement is concluded between the User and HomeAudio.lv at the time of registration of the account. The buyer confirms his agreement with the terms set by the user agreement.

  1.2 The user can be any legal or natural person who is able to accept and pay for the goods ordered by him in the manner and under the conditions established by the User Agreement.

  1.3 The online store reserves the right to make changes to the User Agreement.

  1.4 HomeAudio.lv undertakes to respect confidentiality, and also guarantees the security of personal data and their use in accordance with the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and on the Services of the Information Society. Information can be provided to third parties only in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and only in those cases that are prescribed by law.

  1.5 The Buyer, who is not a Registered on our website, buying Products in the HomeAudio.lv online store and providing the required information, agrees with the Rules and agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by him only to the extent that is necessary for the proper purchase of the Products, namely:

  1.5.1 to inform Buyers, sell and deliver Goods, identify Buyers - name, surname, mobile phone number, email address, district, city / village, street / house name; house number / building; apartment number; postcode.

• 2. Product purchasing

  2.1 In the HomeAudio.lv online store, goods can be purchased by both Registered and Unregistered buyers.

  2.2 Purchase of Products is carried out by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button in the "My Cart" section. The Buyer / User is obliged to follow the steps in the purchasing process for the Goods by entering or verifying the information requested in each box.

  2.3 After clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button, you are offered the opportunity to log in - enter the Registered Buyer's account and purchase the selected Products, or make a purchase as an Unregistered Buyer, specifying all the necessary information.

• 3. Information about goods and prices

  3.1 In the online store HomeAudio.lv, the prices of the Goods are indicated in euros in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current regulatory enactments. The price includes the rate of value added tax provided for by the current regulations. Shipping cost is not included in the price.

  3.2 The Products are sold to the Buyer at prices in effect at the time of purchase of the Products.

  3.3 The price of the goods indicated on the HomeAudio.lv can be changed by the Administration unilaterally, but not after the order has already been placed by the Buyer.

  3.4 If necessary, the Buyer can request additional information about a specific product from the manager of the online store by phone or e-mail, which is necessary for him to make a decision to purchase the goods.

  3.5 In rare cases, the product may differ from the image, but it will certainly correspond to the characteristics of the selected item.

• 4. Other

  4.1 A User may be required to give away some Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Information while browsing through the website or for availing services at the website.

  4.2 Personal Information disclosed to Us by a User will be used by Us for one or more of the following purposes: (a) to help Us in creating content that is relevant to the User; (b) to collect a database of all the Personal Information collected from User.

  4.3 When a User visits the website, one or more cookies shall be sent to a computer or the device being used by the User to visit the websites. Cookies are used upscale the quality of the services provided by Us, including for keeping User preferences.
