Rarely, but sometimes, after you have selected a product and successfully purchased it, some problems may arise. Or, you may need to replace, repair the device during the warranty period or after. Here we will try to explain in an understandable way how the warranty policy of our store works and how you can use it after making purchases in our store.
What products are provided with a warranty?
An application for warranty service or repair must be submitted to the authorized service of the manufacturer (usually indicated on the warranty card). In accordance with the laws, the entire legal liability of our store is limited to repair or, if required, (or requested by the client), replacement of defective equipment or materials.
The warranty does not apply to goods that have been modified by any person or company without the written permission of our store. Mechanical damage, products with traces of moisture or violation of operating conditions (for example, exceeding the maximum permissible power for speakers) are not a guarantee case. In any case, the managers of our company are ready to listen to you and solve the problems that have arisen.

Warranty service is supported by the manufacturer's authorized services (in Latvia and abroad). Together with the goods you receive a warranty card in which the addresses of the warranty workshops are indicated. In any case, you can contact us and get a consultation. -

For different goods, different warranty conditions apply. Warranty conditions can be clarified with our managers when processing purchase documents. -
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty obligations apply in a limited amount to one-time programmable microcircuits, RFID chips, additional software and some other products.
Where to Apply for Warranty Services?

Replacement & Returns
You have the right to "refuse the goods" within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Please write us a free-form purchase refusal statement (or print on an A4 sheet). The application must indicate: first name, last name of the buyer, date of purchase, payment method, purchase amount, name and model of the product. Indicate the reason for the return, for example: "did not like the color", this is necessary for reporting to the tax office.
We inform that if the purchase of goods takes place in the office of our online store, then the buyer does not have the opportunity to use the right to refuse the goods, because in the office, the client has the opportunity to get acquainted with the goods before purchase. A purchase made at the office of our online store is considered to be made at the place of sale of the retail store, and not a purchase with a "remote contract" in the online store. If the goods are returned via a courier service, the costs for delivery and its reliability are borne by the buyer.
The online store www.unitehs.com has the right to refuse the buyer the right to “refuse to purchase” or to compensate the purchase price only partially in some cases. For example, the product is not returned in its original packaging, the packaging is substantially damaged, warranty seals are damaged, traces of use of the product, scratches and other similar defects are visible.
Refunds to the buyer are carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Seller received the Buyer's notification and the return of the goods. Refunds were made to the Buyer's bank account, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.
